Warranty Service Request

We strive to provide our homeowners with the highest quality home possible. In spite of our efforts, occasionally small, unforeseen problem areas may remain. Pursuant to the terms of the Limited Warranty (provided in your "welcome package"), Prescott Development will endeavor to make appropriate adjustments in a timely fashion. To submit a request, complete the "Warranty Service Request" form below.

How to Make a Warranty Service Request

  1. Download the Warranty Request Form PDF.

  2. Fill out a "Warranty Service Request" form.

  3. You can email, mail or fax in your Request to:

  4. Please be sure to submit your request as soon as your warranty issue is discovered so we can take care of your issue quickly. All requests for service must be in writing.
